High Pressure Processing (HPP)

HPP is a natural process that preserves the ingredients and characteristics of the avocado as much as possible. This allows us to make incredibly delicious, safe products that maintain their nutritional benefits. HPP eliminates harmful foodborne bacteria while maintaining the natural texture of the avocado and ensuring the safety of our consumers.

Sustainability Practices

Our avocado pits and skins are used for compost and sold for avocado oil production.

Food Safety

We conduct third-party food safety practices and quality audits to comply with industry standards on our orchards and at our processing facility and distribution facilities. These audits provide third-party certification of safe food production and uphold compliance with all federal and state government requirements, including the FDA, USDA, OSHA, and Public Health Department.
